Contactless Click & Collect 

(Available 9:00 am - 12:00 pm daily except Sundays) 

Step 1:  Browse our website to find your ideal club or clubs!

Step 2:  Purchase via our website selecting collection in-store or make payment over the phone.

Step 3:  Call or email us to let us know when you would like to collect.

Step 4:  Call us when you arrive on-site to collect.

Step 5:  Take your item from the collection point outside the premises and swing away!

Returns are dealt with in the same way but in reverse so please give us a call if you need to return an item in line with our returns policy and 7 day trial.  

In-store Quote (Contactless Drop & Go)

(Available 9:00 am - 12:00 pm daily except Sundays)

Step 1:  Drop your items off at our Sunningdale store using the drop and go point outside the shop entrance. Don't worry we will be there to receive them at the stipulated times above but please make sure we have seen you!

Step 2:  Once we've valued your items we'll give you a call with your quote.

Step 3:  If you are satisfied with the quote, we'll make an online payment to your nominated account.  If you would like to collect your items we will arrange a time for you to come back and collect.

Step 4:  Spend your dough!

Online Quote

To get an online quote please email us at sales@replay-golf.co.uk with the specification and condition rating of your items inline with our Condition Rating Guide and we'll email you back within 24 hours with a quote.  If you would like to go ahead, we'll send you a postage label for you to send the clubs to us. 

Once we've received your clubs we'll double check your items against our Condition Rating Guide and make payment minus a £5 fee to cover the clubs delivery to us.  If your items do not match the specification or condition your have provided then we will provide you with an adjusted quote based on the actual specifications.  If you're happy to go ahead then we will make payment to your account immediately.  If you do not want to accept the revised quote we will arrange for the clubs to be sent back to you.  Please note a £10 fee will be charged to cover the shipping both ways.  All clubs will be wiped down in-line with our new store health and safety policy for COVID-19.
