We have a 30 day return and refund policy. If you would like to return an item please read the details below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unwanted Items or Change of Mind
Buyer will pay for return postage costs and insurance. These clubs or items must be returned in the same condition as when bought. To arrange a return please contact us by emailing sales@replay-golf.
Faulty or Item not as Described
Please contact us via email with the reasons for the return and we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Any faulty clubs must be returned in full, including any broken parts, for inspection by ourselves.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us If you need to exchange it.
Multiple Returns & Order Cancelation by Replay Golf
At its sole discretion, Replay Golf reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order and or to prevent future orders bring placed by an individual, group or business. Situations where this policy will be enforced includes but is not limited to;
1. Multiple returns by the same individual, group or business within a calendar year.
2. Items that are returned by an individual, group or business in a poorer condition than when purchased.
Refunds on multi-buy items
Full refunds (on all items) are processed in the normal way with the order amount refunded to the customers original payment method. In the case where a cash transaction has taken place this may be substituted, at Replay Golf’s sole discretion, to a bank transfer.
Part refunds on multi-buy items
If one or more of the items from a multi-buy order is returned and the refund processed then the refund will be treated in the following ways:
- For a refund on the discounted item
The discounted item price is refunded.
- For a refund on the non discounted item.
The item will be refunded minus the discount applied to the second item/s.
A driver purchased at £300.00 and a fairway wood purchased at £200.00 (£170.00 after 15% discount applied).
Total order value £470.00 (inclusive of discount).
Fairway wood refund: The purchased price of £170.00 is refunded.
Driver refund: The driver is refunded less the discount applied to the fairway wood. In this case the refund would therefore be £270.00.
The refund is applied as if no discount was originally offered for the second item.
