Buying from us
When you buy an item from us you can rest assured that your item will be dispatched promptly, delivered quickly and carefully and arrive as described. All of our items are guaranteed authentic and are shipped on a trackable service. DPD will even provide you with a 1 hour delivery window! Please check our shipping page for more details.
Selling to us
We buy golf equipment from the general public and professional shops. We can usually take any clubs that have been manufactured by golf's leading brands within the last 10 years or so. For more information please click the link below to our 'sell yours' page. We cannot take clubs that are damaged in any way.
Condition rating guide
All of our equipment is carefully inspected at the time of purchase and given a rating by our professional team for the head, face, shaft and grip condition. We are very strict and meticulous about this as we want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchase. Satisfied or refunded
While we do our upmost to ensure the item we send out matches or exceeds your expectations, mistakes can happen. If you are dissatisfied with your item in any way please contact our team within 30 days and we will arrange for a return and refund. We also understand that you may have a change of heart and no longer want the item. This is not a problem. Again please contact our team who will only be happy to help and assist in the item's return to us. Using voucher codes
On occasions we run special sales promotions on our products. When sales promotions are running we are unable to accept additional discount codes on items. Please select the voucher code you would like to use and simply enter it into the appropriate box at checkout. 👍
