All of our items are covered by a comprehensive warranty.   As official stockists of TaylorMade, Callaway and Titleist products - any brand new, current generation equipment is covered by a standard manufacturers warranty.  Any new or pre-owned prior generation equipment is covered by our own 12 month warranty.

We warrant that the golf clubs we sell will be free from defects in materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.  This is dependent upon the club being used in a normal and customary manner and being kept in conditions that would not negatively impact the integrity of its component parts.

To make a warranty claim the club must not have been altered in any way, abused, defaced or otherwise changed or damaged by use other than through normal golf.  Any changes to the club not made by ourselves would unfortunately invalidate the warranty.

If a defect arrises during the 12 month warranty period and we are satisfied that the above conditions have been met, then at its discretion, Replay Golf will repair the defect, replace the defective club/part or make a full or partial refund less reasonable depreciation.  Please note: Replay Golf will require the return of all component parts in order to assess the defect and approve the warranty cover.

Please note: the warranty does not cover typical wear and tear from normal club usage such as marks on the club head, face, grip, shaft and head cover. 

Shaft breakages or club head damage caused by heavy ground contact, contact with surrounding objects, racket abuse or neglect is not covered by our warranty.
