Choose a 15 minute session if you're trialing one item type e.g drivers. Choose 30 minutes if you're trialing more than one item type e.g drivers and fairways or if you're sharing the trial session with a friend. Please note there is a maximum of 2 people allowed per bay.
Trial sessions are £10 for 15 minutes or £20 for 30 minutes. Bookings can be made online or in-store. Trial session fees are taken off a qualifying purchase made on the day of the trial session. A qualifying purchase is £100 for a 15 minute trial or £200 for a 30 minute trial.
We would strongly suggest arriving at the store at least 30 minutes prior to you trial session so that you can locate the equipment you would like to try.

Our 7 day trial window remains a very popular way of trying out equipment to see if it's right for you. Simply purchase the clubs from our store as normal, head to the range or course and try them out. If you don't like them you can return them for a full refund or an exchange. The only requirement is that the equipment is returned in the same condition otherwise a restocking fee will apply.

Is the bay booking fee refunded if i make a purchase?
Why can’t I bring my own clubs in-store?
Due to the amount of equipment we have in our store we're unable to allow customers to bring their own equipment past the trade-in counter. This is to help prevent confusion regarding which equipment is ours and which equipment is yours.
Can i try my own clubs in the fitting bays?
With the exception of our full custom fit service, we're unable to allow customer equipment into the fitting bays during our store opening hours. If you are keen to compare your own equipment against one of our clubs, then the best option would be to take advantage of our 7 day trial where you can purchase our equipment and take it away to test.
How many people are allowed in the fitting bays?
During our store opening hours we only allow a maximum of two people into each simulator bay, which includes spectators!
Is the Trackman data accurate?
Trackman is the gold standard in simulator technology and trusted by some of the best players in the world. Unfortunately if your ball goes left on the course its going left in the sim!
Can I use store credit to book a bay?
Yes, store credit can be used to book a bay during store opening hours.
Are the bays bookable in the evenings?
We anticipate evening sessions to be available soon. We will provide details here as soon as they become available.
