This role is an essential part of the day to day operations at Replay Golf.
Adding newly acquired products to our database.
Ensuring items are ready for sale online and in-store.
Taking high quality photos of products.
Ensuring our database is up to date with the latest brands and models.
Retail Sales Associate
Helping customers find the right equipment is a huge part of The Retail Sales Associate role.
Assisting customers with their purchasing decisions by making appropriate equipment recommendations.
Placing orders and updating inventory levels.
Helping to create and maintain an attractive retail environment.
Updating and amending product data and information.
Operations Assistant
This role is an essential part of the day to day operations at Replay Golf.
Providing quotes for equipment in-store.
Checking-in online quotes.
Maintaining stock levels.
Processing and dispatching orders.
Customer Communications Associate
Communicating with customers in an efficient and professional manner.
Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
Processing and completing online orders and returns.
Processing online quotes.
Following up with deliveries.
Workshop Technician
Our newly built workshop provides a range of new services for our customers and we're keen to make it the first choice for local golfers looking to repair or customise their equipment.
Re-gripping, adapter changes, shortening & lengthening, re-glues, de-rattles, loft and lie adjustments, swing weighting and other repair services.
Advising customers regarding equipment customisations and adjustments.
Organising the workshop.
Maintaining workshop inventory levels.
