Longer than standard iron sets are designed for golfers who need extra club length to achieve a more comfortable posture. We often recommend longer sets for taller players, golfers with a longer wrist to floor measurement, or anyone who feels cramped over a standard length set. Often manufacturers have different standard lengths so we use an industry standard measuring system to check every set that comes through the door. Typically a 6 iron that measures over 37.50 inches, is longer than standard.
