About the Model

The Ping G400 Max Driver, launched in 2017, is an evolution of the G400 series, designed to enhance distance and forgiveness. It features a larger head size, measuring 460cc, which increases the moment of inertia (MOI) for improved stability on off-centre hits. The driver incorporates a T9S+ forged face that promotes faster ball speeds, while the adjustable weight system allows for customisation of swing weight and shot shape. The aerodynamic design reduces drag, aiding in faster swing speeds, which can lead to higher launch angles and optimal spin rates, ultimately enhancing your overall course performance.

Customer reviews of the Ping G400 Max Driver highlight its exceptional forgiveness and consistent ball flight, with many players noting improved distance and accuracy. Users appreciate the adjustable features that cater to various swing styles, making it a versatile option. This driver is particularly beneficial for mid to high handicappers seeking to enhance their game, as it offers a blend of stability and distance, helping to improve strike consistency and overall confidence on the course.
