For your peace of mind, we have a 30 day refund policy on all of our items. If you would like to return an item please read the details below:
To initiate a return, please make contact with us via phone or email stating the reason for the item's return. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is no longer in the same condition then only a partial refund may be offered.
Faulty or Item not as Described
We try hard to make sure all of our items are in good working order and that the photos and item description depict the club accurately. If however we have made a mistake please contact us via email with the reasons for the return and we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Once the item has been received and inspect we will refund your payment within 7 days. Faulty clubs must be returned in full, including any broken parts, for inspection by ourselves. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Unwanted Items or Change of Mind
The buyer is required to pay for return postage costs and insurance. These items must be returned in the same condition as when bought and within 30 days of purchase. To arrange a return please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us If you need to exchange it.
