We have a 30 day return and refund policy on all of our items. If you would like to return an item please read the details below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Faulty or Item not as Described
Please contact us via email with the reasons for the return and we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Any faulty clubs must be returned in full, including any broken parts, for inspection by ourselves. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Unwanted Items or Change of Mind
The buyer is required to pay for return postage costs and insurance. These clubs or items must be returned in the same condition as when bought within 30 days of purchase. To arrange a return please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us If you need to exchange it.
